• At all times you must stay within the designated hire area of Palm Beach
  • You must report any incident or collision that has occurred during your hire or lesson.
  • You are responsible for any participants under 16 years of age.
  • Only named people on the hire form are allowed to use the hire equipment and they must wear your leg leash at all time
  • You warrant to WASUP that you are a person that is reasonably fit and is capable of swimming 50m and do not suffer from any or any significant injury, illness or infirmity that would prevent or hinder your use of a stand up paddle board.
  • WASUP reserves the right to refuse to offer the hire of boards to any person in the absolute discretion of WASUP, its owners, employees and agents
  • You are deemed responsible for the care of equipment, as such, you are accountable for any damage.
  • You agree to indemnify WASUP for any and all injuries or illness howsoever incurred associated with either directly, indirectly or incidental to the hire and lessons of stand up paddle boards including whether such injury or illness occurred during the hire or lesson of the stand up paddle boards or within a reasonable time thereafter.
  • The price for the hire of the stand up paddle boards is payable prior to the commencement of any hire and will not be refunded to you should you use the stand up paddle boards for less than the time originally hired or you return the stand up paddle boards dissatisfied for any reason with your hire of the stand up paddle boards.

Cancellation Policy:

  • WASUP has the right to cancel all hires and lessons due to unfavorable weather conditions. We will reschedule or provide a refund. We do not cancel lessons if it is raining, unless there is thunder or lightning.
  • All hire and lessons require a 24 hour notice (confirmed by phone) for a reschedule or a refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled lesson time, you will be charged 50% of hire or lesson cost.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, your lesson/hire will be forfeited.
  • Participants that fail to show for any lesson type will be charged in full for the lesson, no exceptions.
  • All Cancellations must be confirmed with a WASUP staff member over the phone. We do not accept voice mail messages or e-mails for cancellations.
